  The people at the store they will try to rip you off with a outrage price by slapping it with a Manhattan price with is impossible to buy when the price on line has the original price for it and also theirs not enough people at the store help a customer and putting them on hold for about an hour in half or more

  This place sucks,workers here try to sell you Unreasonable deals and are dishonest. I bought two Samsung s7,buy one get one free deal and after 6months i am still waiting for rebate check

  horrible service - nobody ever should go to this store. I bought tmobile one 2 line postpaid plan from this store, employee told me to pay activation fee $54.44, i told her that i am eligible for corp discount or advantage program which doesn't charge activation fee, she told me pay now then call customer service they will refund you. i did as she said. customer service is saying there is no record i paid $54.44 so they cannot refund me, they advise me to go to store and asked for refund, if they give you problem have them call us. i did as they said. same employee called customer service and told them it was not activation fee, it was sim starter kit fee, customer service told her to refund my money, employee told me she cant do it, when manager comes she will tell him to refund my money. she did. now manager is saying its a valid charge, i cannot give you refund even tmobile customer service told me to refund your money, they cannot tell me to what to do, this store's manager and employee works for their commission only, not even for tmobile. they charged me $54.44 for 2 sim card. i told manager i got email from tmobile that sim starter kit fee $20 may be applied. he told me show me that email, I will refund your money, so brought that email to him and guess what? now manager is saying that oh, here it says at the bottom in very small letters that charges are subject to change. so after going back and forth in this store like 6 days - i told that manager that you know what? i don't want this refund. how about i switched it to another carrier? I will do that at the end of the month so i don't loose anything. now t-mobile is gonna loose $100 every month. but this store's manager and employees is not loosing anything, they got their commission by cheating/frauding with people, even hurting t-mobile itself.

  This would have been two stars but due to my second visit I changed it to one. This is coming from a guy who has been a T-mobile customer for 10+ years. I had a galaxy s4 and wanted to upgrade my phone. Knowing that the JUMP on demand option was going away soon I needed a new phone quickly. I called T-mobile to make sure that I can still get it and they said yeah, I asked is there a specific store? They said this store would be able to do, they even put a notice on my account. I went and tried to make things simple by asking for a Black/Space Grey iPhone 6S Plus 16GB. Employee got it and brought it and asked how I would want to pay for it. I said I would like to use the JUMP on demand program. They denied me the service, confused I asked why can I not. They said they can't do it, although I specifically told them that T-MOBILE sent me here so I can get the JUMP on demand program. I left pissed, went home, called T-MOBILE and they told me, again, that I am eligible and I shouldn't have an issue. The lady on the phone was nice and told me to either go back into the store and tell them T-mobile sent me, again, go to another store, or buy a phone over the phone but I have to pay for shipping. I went the next day and I was immediately treated like crap by the same people that helped me yesterday and my service was terrible. I called T-mobile while I was in the store and they told me to go to the store on 179, I angrily told the lady I was here yesterday and today and they are rejecting me to get JUMP on demand. There were no managers but there was a guy who was the "stand in manager" as he said and spoke to the lady using my phone, and he did not speak professionally and gave attitude and would constantly roll his eyes. I ended up being told to go to the "corporate" store located on Jamaica Avenue. I left angry and dissatisfied with my time there. I ended up going to the T-mobile on 197th street on hillside. Within 5 minutes I got my phone WITH JUMP on demand and they helped me set it up and everything. They were extremely nice and felt bad for the experience I had. Anyone who actually read this review, I would not recommend this store and I would tell you to go the one located on 197 which is only 2-4 minutes extra driving. P.S. - This store gave me issues before. 4 separate times to be exact, only within the past year with the release of the iPhone 6s they gave me and my family the SAME issue.
