  I only give them one star because I can’t give them less than that, very rude and do not like to help the customers. I don’t even undertand why they are there if they don’t like helping customers very bad experience last couple of times I went there

  Best TMobile ive ever been to. Highly recommend this spot to grab the latest phones and new plans.

  Worst service ever. They don't know what they are doing. I went to pick my replacement phone there while doing the exchange the guy broke the phone I was getting rigth in front of me.I have to call tmobile to order another one when i whent back to pick the phone they told me my phone screen touch "soft" they can't do the exchange. I will never go back there or recommended to anybody I know.

  This is an authorized dealer. Their staff are enthusiastic but they made a mistake in my plan. If only their system and service could be more reliable.
