  Went to T-mobile today to return a router before they charged me $100 for noncompliance. After the wait on a "waiting list" which was no wait it's finally my turn and sat in this booth with this rep named Latoya texting, poking around her device and talking about her text about how her" friend offended her", showed it to the guy she talking to THEN she finally figured I was sitting in front of her. No smile no apologies no greeting! Then when I told her what I was here for she yelled and say I'm not understanding. Latoya the rep did not let me speak at all. After about 5 mins of disrespect another rep came up asked what happened and he saw an envelope in my possession asked if she looked at it. I explained to him he like u just need to giver her a box to put in to send it acknowledged to corporate. Then she yelled at him both went into the back and i hear lots of yelling. I decided I'll leave after 5 more minutes of standing with no shadow in sight and take my business else where. It was kind of my fault for not bringing ID since I was in a rush; however I do not think that excused her terrible service to anyone! If I could I would give no stars at all. Absolutely terrible with no respect for anyone thank you Latoya for being the face of T-mobile.

  The customer service is super fast and the people working there are super friendly

  The girl crystal was the person we was speaking to and she gave us the wrong information to every single question I've Asked she had no knowledge of anything at all she was just talking as if she knew what she was talking about so when I came back to get my new phone that she told me I would get for $20 bc I had the jump plan I found out I couldn't do that I had to pay almost 3 or better and it was way more things she just didn't know anything and instead of telling us she wasn't sure and referring us to somebody who knew what they was talking about she kept talking and feeding us a bunch of lies that is unacceptable

  Always a good experience when I go here. Staff is attentive and friendly, plus they’re quick with helping me. I walk out satisfied every time I’m there. Two thumbs 👍🏽👍🏽 up!!
