  As of 05/20/18, the opening time posted for Sunday is 10 am. Because of a tight schedule my mother and I planned for the store to open at 10, only to be told after waiting outside for 15 minute that the store would not open until 11 am, the person that spoke to us was a bit rude. Overall, I hope management sees this and update the opening times to the correct times so that future customers coming on Sunday won't waste their time.

  I would like to say a huge Thank you to the awesome gentlemen that assisted me at this location! Shout out to Roy, Hamlet, and Jay you make my experience with Tmobile amazing, they are beyond helpful! I recommend this location above all else!

  The place is horrible, all the care about is getting new acts. They added stuff to my account without asking for it and made my bill high. When i went to the store college point t mobile store 18-22 college point. They helped with my bill, even called care to help reduce my bill. Go there if you want to do anything with your account.

  When I entered the store there was no representatives to greet or assist me but when I told one of the representative that I wanted to open a line the attitude of the representative changed. Immediately they helped me but then found out that the representative added some additional features to my line that I didn't need and charged me extra every month. I am unable to get a refund for it. Very very disappointed. Would definitely not recommend you to open lines here. Should have mentioned to the customer what they wanted.
