::I hate this t mobile, it’s always a line , they are always short staff . I hate it I hate it and they lie and give you the wrong information about your account, most of them don’t know what they’re are doing . Most of them need to be retrained honestly. This is by my house and I sometimes drive way to Lakewood to get better service

::Chill place... sometimes the people helping out get swamped and customers end up waiting 20+ minutes for help - but not all the time. Great people here and they legitimately try to help you out.

::My mom went in to try and see what was wrong with her iPhone, the sales guy there tried to charge her for a new Sim starter kit and tried to force her to open her own account. On top of that he wanted her to contact customer care to take care of her needs. She went down to the other location at the traffic circle and they did it absolutely free. For something as simple as updating a simcard they want you to spend money there on something you don't need. 1 star for horrible customer service.
