  I had the best experience Sunday when Jovanny saved me. I was amidst open houses and negotiations when my phone dropped and fizzed out. Jovanny was prompt , courteous and resourceful. He ensured I didn't have a breakdown.

  The staff are so rude and helpless:( I tried to buy Iphone X from them by financing it through T-Mobile, the spanish lady asked me for ID When i gave her the ID, she hid it for unknown reason, i feel she is kind of racist as she wants me to lose it Anyways, i kept looking all around for it and didnt find till i asked to check the surveillance, she handed it to me with a mean look. I recommend not to go to this location

  No a very friendly group. If I wanted to change my provider to T-Mobile, the would definitely change my mind. They seem to be more dedicated to the Hispanic people. Sorry will not go back.

  This must be the smallest store they've got. But it is busy, convenient and has a good staff

  What could have turned into a horrible experience the staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure I left Happy. Extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. Great staff!
