  Terrible service. This is the only tmobile that I ever received horrible service. This guy just because I didn't want to upgrade to a new phone he didn't want to give me some of the collectible stickers from panini soccer world cup and they were giving them away .

  Would rather drive 100 miles out of my way than to go to this store on George Dieter.....! The staff are not only a bunch of idiots, they’re extremely incompetent.....!

  Wish I could give this place a 0. Worst T-Mobile in EP. Terrible customer service especially the staff in the morning.

  At first impression, you think the employees know what they are doing but after the fact you realize they are talking out of the side of their mouth, lying about what they are doing and selling you screens and cases that can be bought for 1/8 the price on Amazon. I was told by Luis that he was going to submit the BOGO offer but he never did. Even when going back to store they give the the run around. And stop calling me BOSS! Don't go there, just terrible.
