  Frauds! Do not use this TMobile store for anything. They will try to add accessories to your EIP bill by telling you it's free with a purchase of a phone. YOU WILL SEE CHARGES FOR YOUR ACCESSORIES A MONTH LATER!

  Worst kind of people. If you enjoy being treated like trash and spoken to like less than a human being then this is your place. Other than that stay clear away. Complaints have been made to TMobile cooperate

  Customer service is very crappy and the representatives just love to entice people with all their false promotions in order to take a dip into your bank account.The store itself feels like a crack house.

  Naz is a liar and very dishonest. My daughter lost her iPhone nd I had insurance, went to store nd he sold me a new phone and said he was gonna take care of insurance claim, he never did. Now I'm paying for lost both phones. Also told me accessories were on sale for $10.00 but he financed it nd I'm paying installments, charged me 69.00 , he's a p.o.s
