::Pretty nice place. Had an issue about my upgrade and got taken care of. Wait time was a little long since there were only 2 ahead of me. But overall, nice location, educated and friendly staff.

::I'm paying 79$ for the highest speed data, And it's super slow and many places i went to around San Diego and it has no signal 📶, This is just terrible, I'm changing to different company!

::Acknowledged me as soon as I was in the store; took care of friend's phone within a couple minutes, very polite and professional.

::T-mobile preyed on me when I was active duty. They knew I would only be stateside in San Diego for a few weeks, and told me I was getting a prepaid plan for 1 month. I find out later on deployment that they put me on a contract and would only let me cancel by phone, which I couldn't do at sea. When I got to land, I had to pay hundreds in late bills and cancellation fees. The customer rep told me I had paid everything and would get no more charges. A month later, I get ANOTHER letter with another cancellation charge threatening to go to collections. They targeted me when I was vulnerable and were deceptive in their tactics. They didn't care that I was deployed, or that I didn't use their service AT ALL for the months they charged me. They lie and have no morals.
