  Ein Tipp für alle (deutschsprachigen) Urlauber : holt euch hier im T-Mobile Shop den "Tourist Plan" - dann bekommt ihr eine SIM Karte, amerikanische Telefonnummer und 2 GB Datenvolumen zum surfen für 30 Dollar + TAX. Endet automatisch nach 30 Tagen ( also keine weiteren Kosten). Die Mitarbeiter hier sind sehr freundlich, tauschen auch gleich die Sim-Karte aus und man kann sofort lossurfen.

  If you're looking for a corporate owned T-Mobile store that's staffed with a team that'll go the extra mile - you've just found it... Make the trip - Ethan & Jessica and the whole team there remind me of how it is to be back in the day when customer service meant something other than reading from a script and stopping when the answer wasn't in front of them... Great group here - corporate should be proud of them... Best wishes & thanks for the help...

  This t mobile is very unprofessional. The service is very bad. Never happy. My bill keeps raising and the manager is always pushing everything to the side. This t mobile has very poor trained employees. Horrible

  All I can say is STELLA!! I finally took the plunge and switched from Verizon for the obvious billing reasons. We were graciously greeted by a wonderful sales team when we arrived. I work in the customer relations field and I am beyond impressed. Our quirky group kept Stella busy for quite some time and she kept a smile on her face throughout... even when I inadvertently stole her personal phone, and my youngest brought food (sorry again Stella). Thank you again so much for making a crazy transformation a lot of fun.
