  He doesn’t seem to know English much that simple question makes kind of frustrate him to explain especially I have nothing to do with auto stuff. He had been introduced by someone who was repeater to Tobby’s long time Boss. When the guy closed shop many fallowed. Tobby and he had been very honest and reputable amongst old customer. Now generation shifted and some of repeater customers descendant comes but pretty much mouth to mouth. Tobby is a great skilled mechanic with certainty. He does all the work by himself. Cuz he can do it. If not, he will tell you with no hesitation. Just sadly such a poor communication skill this guy. So try talking with core of his heart, he really does likes to be helpful. He does fine job on old car to hybrid. Because I know Toby long enough that he is trust worthy but customer service skill is not so much there. Rather quiet. But PRICE is always reasonable and he is always honest on his work. The garage is rundown looking but he will work on your car with honesty. It was bit far from me that uneasy to drive yet once I get there always feeling I am with good honest mechanic that I can trust.

  Toby is fair and does good work! He did the 40k mile service on my car and it was cheaper than if I had it brought to the dealership. He accepts cash or checks only; no credit cards.
