  I was a customer at Syntastic Wigs when I was going through chemo therapy and losing my hair. I was 37 years old, had long thick hair and was hoping to find a wig that would help me feel like myself again. I purchased a wig for a little over $400. When all my hair fell out, I went to use the wig and it was a bit big. I called Syntastic and they said they would alter it for me. Chemotherapy had me sick and extremely fatigued. I live in NJ and Syntastic is located in Brooklyn so it wasn't exactly easy to get to. I went through 6 months of chemotherapy and never wore the wig. I saved the receipt and called Syntastic and explained my situation. I was hoping to return it since I never got any use of it and it didn't fit. The lady was nice but said I couldn't return it. She said she has a notice on the wall that says no returns. I looked on my receipt and it didn't say final sale or have a 'no return' policy on the receipt. Being hit with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy is expensive. It would have been extremely helpful to be able to re-coop that money. When I purchased the wig there was no tag or box. It was handed to me in a broken zip lock bag that was pulled out of a chest. I would not recommend going here!
