  J Heinlein and the staff of Synergy Home Care worked with my family to provide the care and companionship needed. They were able to provide transportation after my father gave up his car and took care of minor shopping trips and appointments, and did meal prep. The only thing is my parents treated them as friends, so often didn't ask them to complete more hands on tasks such as cleaning and laundry and the assigned companions didn't automatically volunteer to do such work. But when asked, the work got done. After my mother passed on, my father enjoyed the company and came to rely on seeing the companion every day.

I have known J Heinlein III for many years and he is not only the finest example of professionalism in the health care field, J is a heartfelt warm guy. "He gets it" He knows you worry about your family and loved ones under the care of a "stranger", and makes every effort to make sure you feel that your loved one is being cared for by his highly trained Skilled nursing staff and home health aids, as if they're FAMILY to your loved one.
