  I love the variety of classes at Sync and the sense of community that Jen and Charles have created. It is an incredibly welcoming space, and offers something for everyone. Whether you are looking for meditation, core strengthening, hatha, deep stretch, dance, or a traditional vinyasa flow, you'll find it on the schedule. Add to that there are workshops and special events which include music, pottery, explorative art practices, and they even have massage therapists on site. Truly a special place in Oak Cliff.

  Such a beautiful space and positive energy! And Sylvan Thirty is a great spot to practice yoga and then hang out at a coffee shop or grab food afterwards.

  I'm very particular about yoga studios but this is a great one! Excellent teachers, lovely energy and soothing decor. If you're like me and can't stand to be on a treadmill (or even run outside), try Nicole's dance class, too. It's a guaranteed good time.

  Love this place! Lots of class options outside of yoga too. I enjoy the Danceton cardio dance classes and the Wednesday night strength and conditioning class. There is something for everyone. It is very welcoming and inviting.

  Love everything about this studio - the space, the teachers, the community, the vibe. It's a real gem in West Dallas. They do lots of events and workshops and offer other classes in addition to yoga. Plus, there's a killer intro offer - 30 days of classes for $30!
