  Love this place !!! A place everyone just needs to try out once at least and I'd be shocked if they only go one time! My plan was to go just the once to see what it was all about just being plain nosey and there was a buy one get one free offer at the time so i thought why not go try something a bit differnt!!!!! It's fun it's so DIFFERNT to any other kind of workout and the stretching makes my back feel so good the tunes are pumping and the instructors are just the best i was so nervous the first time and they make you feel so as ease and they make you not feel silly asking questions or asking for help ..it's a pretty small class so there is always someone close to help with your invertions it's -also relaxing at the end u get to lie up in the cocoon which i looove...:::a hidden gem..   The Antigraviy-Yoga class at the Swet Studio is so revitalizing. Every time I go I leave feeling grounded and balanced. The yoga class is the perfect way to realign my energies after a stressful week. It's also an awesome work-out as well! Christie is a wonderful instructor, and I would definitely recommend taking this class.

  I highly recommend taking classes at Swet Studio! The organized and clean facility is amazing and has a cool chic-industrial vibe. The instructors are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly: professional. There are a variety of classes including aerial barre, fitness, and pilates. The beginner aerial class is great as it touches on things practiced in the specialized classes. I have been attending Swet Studio for a year and I enjoy each class!

  This was my first time doing aerial yoga and I loved it! The studio was really great overall. I took the beginners class and they had a main instructor and another instructor walking around the class which was really helpful. I thought they were really supportive and helped make the most of a new experience for most people.

  I have never had a better experience at a studio or gym than Swet. All of the instructors are incredibly kind, motivational, and safe! This is truly a unique place to experience a fantastic workout while pushing yourself to experience something new. I took my cousin to a beginner class this evening and she has never done anything like this before and so appreciated the precise and safe instructions from Christie. Christie kept a great pace and pushed people of many different levels all at the same time. Thanks Christie!
