  Erica was great.... I wish they would hire 8 more just like her so you all could get the experience I had...she was so friendly and fast before I knew it we we’re done I’m happy she was available for my service

  I always like someone and then they aren't there anymore. The turnover is insane at this place. I would just love a consistent waxer who is excellent at what they do who is there for the long haul. I go because of convenience, but maybe I should start going to someone personal who likes what they do and are consistent.

  My waxing specialist wasn't much of a specialist. I have been getting waxed for 6 years and I have also been waxing for 3 years. She put the wax going against the hair and pulling it upwards going the wrong way. The procedure took almost 40 minutes which is almost enough to get a full body wax. To top it off she made me spread my own butt cheeks to do the back area despite my request for a different method. The place is clean and feels more like their focus is to be a boutique rather than a waxing salon. Back to my regular spot.

  Great customer service and overall amazing experience. My esthetician was amazing. She could tell my skin type and a lot about my face. She also gave me helpful tips.

  The customer service is outstanding. This is my very first time ever experiencing a Brazilian Wax and I am addicted. Yes.... Addicted. Sweet Samba in Midtown was so personable, welcoming, warm, clean and fuzzy with that old country atmosphere. Soooo inviting. I had the pleasure of experiencing Jessica as my Esthetician and she was phenomenal. I left feeling like a million bucks. With an experience like this it was worth the time and money....Thank you Sweet Samba Midtown
