  I picked up a birthday cake this morning for a very old friend's luncheon celebration today. The cake was German chocolate, and I was really stunned by its weight when I picked up the pink box. The cake was super rich, wonderfully tasty, and more than adequate for the 12-13 we had for lunch. The only problem with this place is the decision process, which ebbs and flows as you peruse all the great stuff in the showcase. I had first selected something else, and then changed to German chocolate, and everybody loved it. A ton of tough choices in this shop.

  I have no words. They have the best cinnobons ever. All they're desserts are thick and delicious. They only take cash. You might wanna bring your own milk.

  This was a nice place clean very good looking sweets. Problem was I have a very very sweet tooth so to speak and what I ordered wasn't sweet enough for me. My daughter on the other hand thought I was crazy. She absolutely loved Sweet Jill's

  This place is sacred in our house. Sweet Jill's is the ultimate bakery that we compare everything else too. Yes, the cinnamon rolls are as large as your head and drenched in icing (most of the time. Sometimes they're a bit stingy with it, but you can always ask for more). But Sweet Jills is more than just their cinnamon rolls. They have amazing brownies too. Like I can't decide between brownies or cinnamon rolls when we go here. Usually my boyfriend and I each get a roll and a brownie to share. We never eat all of it at once. Heck, we can't usually eat an entire cinnamon roll at once, we always have leftovers. Only drawback is that they are cash only. There's an ATM inside, but you'll likely pay a fee to withdraw cash. So think ahead and bring cash to save money.

  Oh how much I love thee and yet I'm happy that I live an hour away or I'd be obese by not being able to resist daily visits. My favorite is the cinnamon rolls - so so good! I see so many tantalizing, yummy desserts but I have a hard time trying anything else when I love the cinnamon rolls so much and only get to stop by when I'm in the area. If you haven't tried Sweet Jill's you are missing out!! I'm sure everything is amazing and I'm hoping one day I can try more delicious desserts!!
