  Horrible Experience! 1. My friend had to send her food back TWICE because it was not made properly 2. Manager did not address the food being made incorrectly, nor did the compensate and called the police because of the dissatisfaction. She also had a HORRIBLE attitude about the situation. 3. Waiter went missing for 20 minutes. Had to ask for lemons, syrup, sauce and water SEVERAL times before receiving service from ANOTHER waiter. 4. Waiter called my friend a “Hoe” to her face. No apology was made and all the manager did was asked him to go to the kitchen. 5. My keys were thrown away with our plates and it took them 15 minutes to retrieve them after telling me multiple times that they did not have them... one of the waiters was nice enough to go back to the kitchen himself and dig to find them. I received them back covered in syrup.

  This place was absolutely AWESOME! I visited on a Sunday afternoon with 4 friends. After about an hour of trying to choose somewhere to brunch at we came across this place. Parking was accessible and and Seating did not take long at all. The service was great and our server Deunte was amazing. He told us everything we needed to know up front so ordering was a breeze. I ordered the Fried Salmon with eggs, Gouda grits, and a biscuit. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place and I plan on visiting again!

  Visiting Atlanta from out of town, and was looking for something authentic and unique to me. Sweet Auburn seafood accomplished that and much more. Staff was all welcoming and kind, and the wait, even with no reservation, was short. Martinez was our waitress, and she was very quick and accommodating; great server. I ordered the fried shrimp, and I am not exaggerating in saying it was the best shrimp I've had in my life. The live jazz really took my whole experience to another level, with Maduka and company providing the music. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

  I was visiting Atlanta and came across this restaurant on google. We made reservations and were greeted at the door by a young lady who was very respectful. The drinks were good and the food was very flavorful and satisfying I had the French toast with the sweet auburn salmon hash, I definitely recommend the hash if your into trying new things. The waiter Omar was very respectful and courteous however he wasn’t very attentive but he was serving a lot of tables but we felt like he was catering to other party more because they were larger. Other than that the service was good I will definitely come back to sweet Auburn’s for the food and friendly atmosphere

  I was very upset with the service here. I had my wife and daughter with me for a night of dinning. We had made reservations and the seating was prompt (due to Sunday night and only 25% full) we ordered and the waitress kept coming back informing us that they was out of this and that concerning the food we ordered. After a hour of waiting they brought my plate and since my wife and daughter had to reorder it would be another 30 minutes before their food would be ready. Now I am sitting there with my plate and cant eat because my families plates wasn't there. They brought my wife a glass of water with a unknown substance in it . I ordered a Merlot wine ( but it was something other than Merlot) After a hour of waiting my family received their plates . The mashed potatoes were cold and the steak over cooked. The bill was extremely high for the the food portions. I tip the waitress (who just started working there) because it wasn't her fault. I remembered when this place first opened and it was based on great customer service. i don't know was happened in the past 4 years . However, I will never step foot in there again.
