I used to shop their Plano location, but they closed that location and now have one at the West Village, Dallas. I love their selection of clothes becuase they have unique brands. My daughter loves going to their store, not just for the gorgeous clothes, but becuase the ladies who work there are always so sweet to her.

I have shopped this business several times over the past 2 years. The owners and employees are always very helpful. They have precious unique merchandise. I know others have posted about their old location about the return policy but it has always been clearly posted at their register as well as on their receipts and their website. I also know from personal experience they have gone the extra mile for me and even allowed me to receive a refund on something that was defected.

I went shopping here for my future sister-in-law who is pregnant with twins. One of the sales associates showed me lots of cute things and I decided on a few items that I wanted to purchase. I explained to the associate that these would be gifts and I needed some kind of gift receipt in case my sister-in-law needed to return something. She said that they had a 14-day return policy and that some of the items might not be eligible for return. I said, what do you mean they "might not" be eligible for return? She must have been new or just didn't understand their policy because she couldn't explain to me which items could and couldn't be returned... Which is pretty important when you're trying to buy gifts for unborn children. I decided that I didn't want to take the risk of spending $100+ on gifts that I didn't know for sure would be the right fit for the babies, and I ended up leaving with nothing and going to another store. This shop should really consider revising their return policy AND educating their employees about the policy or else they will continue to lose business.

I went to the new uptown boutique on the 18th and the sales associate was very helpful and nice. I let her know I was buying something for my niece and wasn't sure if the 3T would fit or not, and she assured me that if it didn't fit, they had a 14-day return policy so just bring it back within that time frame and I would get my money back. I went in today and tried returning my purchase and the lady, who happened to be one of the owners, said that they don't do returns, only store credit because they are such a small boutique and can't afford to do returns and the return policy should have been on the receipt. I let her know that the sales associate who helped me, said I would be able to return it and she said, she must have been new and didn't know and then asked if I wanted to look around or get a bigger size. I then looked up my emailed receipt (since the printer was down so didn't get a paper receipt) and there was nothing on there about a return policy at all as she had just mentioned so I pointed that out to her and she said she needed to fix that and continued on to ask if I wanted the 4T or something else since they don't do returns. Since this was their fault, I feel they should have honored the return and fixed it immediately to show on all emailed and paper receipts as well as change their website as it does say they have a 14-day return policy: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Close-Out, clearance, swimwear, couture gowns, water bottles, lunch kits are all exempt from being returned. However, it does say on their website that there are several types of goods which are exempt from being returned and one of those is swimwear which is what I bought for niece, but neither the sales associate who sold it to me nor the owner said anything about this. At least I was able to get the larger size and hopefully it fits my niece, but I will now have to ship it to her as she does not live in Dallas. Very poor experience at this small boutique which is only in Uptown and Plano and I will never shop there again for my niece or anyone else for baby showers, etc.
