  A very clean, beautiful, and spacious settings for a gym. The Ladies restroom is amazing - two of the three stalls are big enough to be changing rooms. There are two shower stalls too. Hair dryers. Towels. This is not a gym that you can just pop in. You go here for classes. Classes give you motivation? If that is the case, I guess the fees are not bad.

  New fitness lifestyle that will be coming to the US starting 2018, out of South Africa. The classes combine boxing, sprinting weightlifting, and occasionally yoga all in one workout routine, for a high intensity hour long workout that works out every muscle. The owner takes time to answer every person's questions, and is gracious to everyone who comes in. I have only had classes with one trainer, and that trainer also took time to talk through the workout process and listen to any concerns regarding injuries or fitness levels. They made the experience of visiting SWEAT 1000 feel very personalized for each person's fitness level and abilities. Definitely a new kind of workout and gym experience that people should check out once they open !
