  Sushi One is located inside the Plaza of the Americas on the lower level. They are always busy but things flow very smoothly through their setup. The employees are very nice and professional. They give wonderful customer service. It is extremely clean. The food presentation is high quality and the taste is excellent. It is set up like a buffet line where you select the items you want as you move through. The cost for all food is done by weight when you check out. The pricing is actually quite affordable as well. They have a very decent selection of sushi, tempura, rice, teriyaki and other items. There is also free soup to every customer as well. Overall this is a very affordable, high quality, high customer service sushi location that I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quick bite to eat.

  It was quick, easy, cheap, and the food was good. The food is made while you move through the line, where you can see it. I enjoyed my food very much and my sister and i paid 10$ for the both of us.

  Beautiful, high quality food at a reasonable price, and not just sushi! You can get tenpura, teriyaki, and soup, too. The food is sold by weight on a buffet-style line.
