  I recently switched to Surmount as I had a growing business and needed expertise to help provide insurance across a number complex situations. They were extremely knowledgeable, competitively priced and provided the hands-on level of service that was beyond anything I would expect - it was truly refreshing to work with the whole team.   I am very impressed with Roger and the Surmount team. Responsiveness and caring do not even begin to cover it. I'm a small business owner and had a critical insurance issue around a client proposal and deadline. Roger listened carefully to my situation, asked thoughtful questions, and reacted quickly - even over a weekend. He proposed a solution that was in the best interest of me and my business, and not a solution related to writing, and charging for, a new policy. Taking the time to review my existing policy, and talking to the insurer on my behalf, is an example of the "over and above" service level that this firm provides. Roger and Surmount have my unqualified recommendation, and will be my go-to source for future insurance needs as I grow my business.

  I have known Roger Stewart several years now and I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs. The staff is friendly and the receptionist Kelly always greets you with a smile. Besides Insurance, they can help with Human Resources, Risk Management and several off services. I will continue to use them for my business and refer others to them as well. Unless you are in the insurance industry, it is not a market you will want to navigate without expertise and Roger Stewart, the President of Surmount Insurance, is a key expert in the field.
