  My trip was April 29th and was my first SUP experience of any kind. Ian was very patient and offered lots of good advice and encouragement as we navigated our way down the river and through the various rapids. I would highly recommend SurfSUP to anyone looking to give SUP a try.

  Myself and a group of students were here for the summer and were looking for something to get us out into nature.... Paddle-boarding with SurfSUP was PERFECT! We had an absolute blast with Ian and Miriam whom were amazing instructors. They provided techniques, made the trip so much fun and made the day one of the best we've had all summer. Should I make it back up this way, I will definitely look to reserve a trip with them again.

  Ian was a very fun and engaging guide. We went to some cool spots in the lake and he took some great photos of us. He had boards for both beginners and for those who wanted more of a challenge. We were also given some free time to explore the lake and play some games, which was great. I would highly recommend SurfSUP Adventures!

  What a fantastic experience! SUP was something that I'd always wanted to do and our instructor (Ian) made the experience so much fun! My husband and I were in a small group of beginners and we all picked it up quickly and enjoyed ourselves immensely. I had anticipated that "short lesson and ecotour" meant that we'd get a 10 minute lesson from an instructor and be let loose on our own. I was thrilled to find out that Ian stayed with us for the whole 2 hours and was pleasant, helpful, and provided a good overview of the natural beauty we were able to see on the lake. It was money very well spent! We hope to be back the next time we're in the area!

  What an AMAZING day. My wife, 12 yr old son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our day Ian was a great guide who showed us some really cool techniques, tricks and cool places to go on the lake. He even taught us a lot about the lake's wildlife! My son loved EVERYTHING about the day. We never knew there was so much more to do than just paddling!!!!!!
