  Wish I could give 0 stars. I paid for hot water and warm water to clean my clothes and the machines ONLY have COLD water! I told the staff that the water temp was incorrect, she said the water is working with a rude tone. I told her it’s not the temp I want. She gave me a number to call and they refuse to answer my call. So the machines only wash in cold water so don’t be fooled. Feel the machine glass and/or put your hand in the dispenser where you put the detergent and feel it!

  Very clean considerate establishment. They have flexible hours and various options to cater to your laundry needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Whenever I need to visit a laundromat again it will be there!

  I'm confused by some of the harshness of prior reviews. It's a laundromat. And as comparison to other laundromats that I've been to, this one is pretty nice. I feel safe going in, there are places to eat nearby if necessary, and most importantly, it's clean. Whenever I've gone, the clerk is very nice and polite whenever I've needed help, and I don't speak Spanish so I know that's not the reason why I might get better customer service than the other people that have posted here.

  To be honest, I’m very surprised at the negative reviews I’ve been reading. Every time I go to the laundromat, the staff has been very nice to me. They’ve even helped me put my clothes in my car since I do have mobility issues. My only displeasure is when one of the machines don’t work properly. But even then, the staff does not hesitate to help me when I call them to my rescue. My visits are pleasant and I hate washing clothes. 😄

  $8.50 washing machine always has problems with it today the machine stop at 16 minutes when I was about to put the softener in, and the Spanish woman wanted to lie to me saying the prem press cold only goes on for 16-11 minutes I've been going here way longer than she has been working don't lie to me
