::Staff was nice, but toilet seat was loose. I told front desk, never came to fix it. The maid never came and cleaned room. Breakfast was OK, could of used some yogurt, coffee cake and fresh fruit.

::Not, happy. Checked in 5/5/18 and checked out 5/6/18. A deposit was held, no biggie. I was told it will be returned. So yesterday the deposit was pending. Cool. Today it's no longer pending and now I'm negative because they are no longer returning the deposit. Why? The room was slept in and left in great condition.

::This is the first time we've stayed in a SureStay and it was about what we expected. The price was very reasonable for San Antonio and this property has been recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The appointments were low end and basic. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is right by I-35 but the traffic noise is not too bad. It only took us about 12 minutes to get to downtown San Antonio. If this review was helpful to you, please give it a like.

::I loved my room. The hotel was nice. The staff was super helpful and so nice. Def my new go to Hotel when I go to San Antonio. Major plus its directly across the expressway from splashtown.

::Really nice for a budget hotel. The workers were friendly and helpful with finding things to do around town. Easy, quick drive into the downtown area. Rooms were freshly carpeted and painted. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. The staff did a great job of refreshing the room between nights. Parking lot is safe for my car. My only complaint is it is loud with the train tracks near by, but wasn't a huge problem. Free breakfast was a nice extra. Would recommend this place!!
