  I began working with Cheryl about 15 months ago to improve my core strength with Pilates. I have been a special challenge to her due to my limited vision (legal blindness). Her personal commitment to work with me has helped me reach goals I did not expect. My experience at Supreme Fitness Training has made me feel that personal fitness is a life long commitment for me.   Amazing gym and amazing staff. These people know what they are doing! If you want results and you want to change or just get into shape I would highly recomend them to anyone.

  I have been a gymnast my whole life until injuries prevented me from doing the sport. After college I wanted to get back in shape and Supreme Fitness was great. Jeff catered to my injuries and really got me back on track. The atmosphere is awesome and always a lot of fun. I recommend giving Supreme Fitness a call!

  Supreme Fitness is honestly the best personal training gym I have ever seen. I moved away from California a year ago and have withdrawals! Norm, the owner, is an amazing trainer, awesome motivator, and great friend. He tailors workouts to your own goals, needs, and personal restrictions... and always makes sure your are working hard but comfortable. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SUPREME FITNESS!!! i wish there were more stars available to give this gym!

  I have been training with Norm McCallson at Supreme Fitness for 6 years. I cannot say enough about Norm's dedication and commitment to his clients. His knowledge surpasses any trainer I've worked with. He is always working to continue his education so his clients have the latest techniques at their disposal. Most important to me Norm is a great motivator. I found Norm after I had major surgery and permanent nerve damage in my right elbow. When I started working with Norm I could not lift any weight or perform any repetitive motions without causing spasms and severe pain (this included daily tasks; blo-drying my hair or vacuuming my house). Since my range of motion was affected and certain movements irritated the nerve Norm had to modify almost every exercise we did, because of his extensive knowledge this was never an issue. This was a slow process and Norm never gave up on me. I especially appreciated his motivation on the days I was frustrated. I am thrilled to say that today I'm lifting free weights and working out with weights on machines. I'm even doing push-ups!! I give Norm full credit for my recovery. Norm is my hero!! I would recommend the Supreme Fitness team to anyone, no matter their level of fitness.
