I won one case here but I was lucky because the defendant was completely unprepared. The last case I was contesting MHCD for medications they gave me that have damaged my health. For the passed 7 years I have suffered electronic harassment and being threatened by complete strangers. I have complained to many organizations including the FBI. I think this is because some of the work I did as a journalist. They told me they where hallucinations and I should seek mental healthcare. I did this and now 3 years later I’m worse off and Im now suffering from severe side effects, still hearing the voices of public officials and unknown strangers. I opened a case here at the small claims and the judge would not even listen she let the lawyer from MHCD go on and on but stopped me from talking every time I tried to speak. I suspect she is racist and prejudice towards blacks like many people see in Denver but I cant say for sure. This is the older lady with black hair. There’s lots of people that have been mistreated by organizations that live off the kindness of people and grants from the government. Look at MHCD page on yelp, that’s just the tip of the iceberg I wrote several complaints about them on google maps and yelp and they have all been deleted. I graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree and I was treated like a little child in this court this court room, the electronic harassment started whilst I was in my second year of college. I think this is sad the small claims are the only place low income people can try and get Justice for wrongs that have been committed against them. I don’t see a bright future for low income and underprivileged people in Denver and that’s not how things are supposed to be in America.
