  So me and my husband went into this super pawn and this Really nice lady who works there was helping us .. she went up to her manager to ask is she can give us better price and the very unprofessional manager started yelling at the poor employee lady for giving us a price witch she was double checking if it was okay.. who does that ! First of all the lady was being very helpful then the other employees and your yelling at her in front on the guest. How unprofessional!

  This store is just average, nothing really bad, and nothing really good. It's just kinda ok. I want to point out that the employees here seem to be more eager to help customers who are pawning their stuff than to help customers buying things. Although I don't frequent many pawn shops, I do enjoy looking around once in a while. Most items are priced much higher than you'd expect for used items. But aren't all pawn shops overpriced? If you finally find an employee who is available, they don't really know much about the products and pricing is always referred back to the manager. If you're buying jewelry, the jewelry person is much more knowledgeable about what they have. This is a small store and you might feel a bit cramped in there. With just a few extra customers in there, you'd start to feel kind of crowded.

  These people are just awful! They do not respect your property at all! I had to pawn my brand new, not even a month old PS4 and the older Asian lady or whatever she is, kept banging it around when she was plugging it in! She basically slammed it down on it's side when she first took it to the test counter! Then when I picked it up today, another lady I can't remember her name, she had black hair though, but she was hella rude! We were trying to purchase an XBOX 360, so this lady brings out one and it literally looks like it was ran over with a truck! Anyways, all in all.. they're just completely terrible people and really disrespectful.. They also tried to tell me my Playstation was broken, when it was my system it was their cord. Scammers.
