  As I walked into the place, the receptionist was very helpful. But then when I sat down with Rob. He helped me every step of the way, and I had a lot of steps to be answered. He took the time to help me manage my accounts. He answered all my questions so that I could understand. I really appreciated his service.

  I absolutely love this branch! Everyone that works there is always upbeat and willing to help! My favs are Rob, he listens and responds with great feedback and wants to help! I can’t forget about my girl Ms. Glenda she is the bomb as well. She’s very very patient, and knowledgeable about her industry!

  As my mortgage rep at Superior Credit Union, I initially reached out to Kelly Vogt about our new loan needs. As always she was very responsive and she connected me with Anthony (AJ) Lezotte. AJ was knowledgeable and informative, providing alternatives to fit our needs, and he moved the process along very well. The day before our closing, I sent a list of things we needed to take care of while in the Superior branch,,, He was well prepared and we knocked everything out in the short time we were there. We received great service, and got a great loan with a great rate to fit our needs.

  I didn't even realize Rob was the manager of the branch he is so humble, helpful, informative, and will go the extra mile to fix ANY problems you have. I love my bank Superior Credit Union but most of my specific branch because, between Ms. Glenda making me feel so special remembering my name, and AJ being so quick as well with my needs I know I'm not going to get that from any other branch! Thanks Superior family!
