  I went in for one of the most simple haircuts I can think of. Not only is it not right, but there are random spots that are significantly longer than the other. She did NOT communicate with me for the majority of the time. When I told her how long I wanted my bangs twice, she still kept them too long. She cut my hair wet the entire time, nevermind that I was getting bangs cut short from hair that was as long as the rest of my hair. Then, she was going to have me leave with it sopping wet, still not knowing how long my bangs would actually be once dry. I had to tell her to dry my hair, she didn't even ask. She also never once told me anything about pricing on anything I asked for and there was no posting of cost, so I just had to assume and hope. Even after it was done, I have no idea where the cost came from. For all I know, she charged me just to dry my hair. 2 solid hours just for a re-dye job and bangs (literally didn't cut anything else) and it's STILL wrong. It also feels like she left conditioner in my hair. I had been here before for a more complicared cut and loved it, so I thought they could handle this. She either hates or job or a personal grudge against me. Either way whoever she is doesn't belong in her position. Very unprofessional.

  My 5 stars go to Gracie. My interaction with her was wonderful. Had a great time exchanging small chit-chat. My haircut was great but I'm not a complicated guy when it comes to my hair. If I am ever in the area again and need a haircut, I will be looking for Gracie.

  You have to try the tea tree difference treatment! Depending on location six to eight dollars in conjunction with the shampoo but it involves wonderful eucalyptus spearmint lemony type oil applied to your face with a face massage. Hot face towels and a scalp massage with the same shampoo, conditioner, and oil for a super relaxing treat. Wonderful!!!

  They cut my youngest daughter's hair. We'd never been there before, but we got our mailer and happened to be in the area. My daughter was thrilled with the cut and she's got so many compliments from her teachers, students, etc.

  Went to get my daughters haircut on a Sunday afternoon. It was fairly busy. Let me first start by saying the poor lady was the only one there, management should have had at least 2 people there on a Sunday for an after church rush. Being the only one there, this may have been the preface to a bad day for her. Now I am going to say I realize cutting a 3 year olds hair isn't easy but if you aren't in the mood to do it or maybe the store isn't properly equipped or trained to do it, simply make up something like we don't do kids cuts on Sunday in avoidance of a bad customer experience. The lady did a good job on the cut, however after showing the picture and starting the cut she says "this isn't the cut I would pick for this age of a child, it's to hard to cut when they move so much and if this is messed up it isn't my fault". Let's be real she did the best she could with a moving head, but suggesting a different cut would have been good to know prior to starting. I would have gladly re chose an easier one at that point just to appease the situation though it wasn't what my daughter nor I wanted. Anyway, after the lady took several walks to the back to take a breather, which makes a mother have to keep her kid calmer longer and a few times I was scolded for trying to help make my kid do what she needed her to do, the cut was finally done. Thank God. We got no blow dry to get the hairs off her neck and face, just a "well what do you think?" At that point I wanted to get the heck out. This is 95% management for making someone work alone on a busy day and 5% employee for not being pleasant and accommodating to the customer even on a day that came off to me as not such a good day. We will go home and fix her uneven bangs but for the rest of the cut it is fine and I hope that lady's day gets better.
