  I made a very simple and specific request shave the sides down with a 4 razor and just cut off the split ends from the top. So easy almost anyone could do it. the lady shaved the sides and the back, which was where the problems started. She then trimmed half my beard and shaped half of my head. She then asked if I wanted my hair blow dried to which I said no. She then kept saying "just a little" to which i once again said no. To my astonishment she grabbed the blow drier and proceeded to completely blow dry my hair. Ok so now it was time for her to trim my split ends, looking back I should have stopped her right there because what happened next was horrid. Instead of cutting off my split ends which would have maybe been half an inch of my hair she decided to lop off a whopping 2 inches of my hair. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!! She only cut that off from the very front everything else on top she left at its original 5 inches without touching it. Learn from my mistakes DO NOT COME HERE!!

  Don’t waiste your time here, they give preference to customers that are not even there physically. They will drop you to the end of the line. So if you want to enjoy your weekend find a different place that will respect your time.

  The lady who did my hair was very nice. But the place was so old and not clean. The books she gave me to look at some looks almost fell apart. The brushes had so much hair from other customers in them. And she never knew where to find her stuff. For that experience the price was quite high.

  Great customer service! Estellah is great and also the manager Tiffany! The place is very clean and organized.
