  Worst haircut experience ever. I wish I checked the ratings before convincing myself to get a cut here. I am in process of growing my hair out and just went in for a trim to clean it up. Wound up leaving the place with a Short mop head all chopped up unevenly. Lady cutting my hair had no idea what I was after and could probably only buzz men's hair equal length all the way around with success. No style skills whatsoever. Very upset.

  The worst experience ever!!! So not kid friendly. My boys got the worst haircuts ever!!! It’s not even, no style whatsoever, my little one was crying because it was hurting him and he never cried before.... NEVER GOING BACK.

  I also go to Sue and she is great. Awesome attitude and cares about your hair and what you want and like. I always go to her and I don't even live close and for a $20 hair cut what more could I ask for!? They even send you coupons sometimes and have specials on their products. I like it here but hey everyone has their own opinions.

  Always a huge wait! Even with an appointment you still have to wait! The Supercuts website has an appointment system that is supposed to guarantee you a time. When I got there and saw a waiting area full of people I mentioned to the woman in front that I have an appointment that I made online. The response I got was "Oh we don't really use that system". Anyone who walked through the door was told by this woman that it would be 15 minutes. Looking around at the number of people waiting and the fact that there were only two girls cutting hair, there was no way it would be 15 minutes. After a half an hour, it was still not my turn. What a total failure. I would not go there again.
