  They messed up my eyebrows, but the haircut was pretty good. Hard to find any of these cheap places that know what they are truly doing. Best to just spend the extra money

  This is the worst place to get a cut or a color. The price for both was outrageous--$145.00! But then, the worst part is, the cut had no shape (more of a trim), and the color turned. It was supposed to be golden blonde. At first, it was okay and then after about two weeks it turned into multiple colors. Areas were rust color, brown, blonde. When we asked to have the money for the dye job reimbursed, both the owner and the manager said that it had been past the seven day return policy. Yes, it had but the complaint was not about the color--it's about what happened to the color. (They did redo the cut -- which was very basic.) If you want to be overcharged for services that leave your hair worse off than you started with, make an appointment here. If not, stay away! I only gave it one star -- so that this post is noticeable. (I can see from the previous reviews that this place used to be good -- apparently, there's been a change in personnel and it's not good.

  Cannot believe it.. the worst haircut in my life. I think the girl over there just started, but even so.., unacceptable. I literally had to go to another place to fix my hair. I still cannot believe it...

  Been coming here for just over ten months. The manager Michael is amazing, I literally don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I've also noticed the vibe in there has completely changed with the new staff. He atmosphere has completely changed It's faster and more professional, everyone that does my services seems committed to doing a good job not just a fast job. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.
