  Checked-in online 30 minutes before. They immediately greeted me and confirmed my appointment. Janice called my name right on-time and gave me a great haircut. I'll definitely go back to get Janice to cut my hair!

  i always get my hair cuts at SP, my first at this location walked in, thier were four employees, one cutting. no one else in the store l asked for a hair cut and told me tp put my name pn the list (no one else). I wait for about 5 min. and asked for cut. they said they where not available. manger name is Lourdes, you need to get it together or just change manger. dennis

  Fast and convenient, open on Sundays makes it easier to go and get a haircut on the run!!

  I like their work however they're not much organized. If you check-in on line they pretty much ignore you and will help the people that put their names on the paper list only. Their supposed to check both lists but they don't. This has happened to me multiple times and that's annoying as heck.

  DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Due to their blatant antagonistic and misanthropic hatred towards their employment and their clientele, respectively, they have utterly misused their decades of useless experience in the field. AKA they have not only suck at their jobs, but they have sucked at their jobs for a long time and will continue to do so. Yet ironically, because they have not yet been fired for malpractice and neglect they have built up a false sense of confidence and entitlement. In the 15 minutes in which I was there, I was the second unhappy customer out of five which I saw in the same timeframe. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with anyone in the service industry....and I now also have a bad haircut.
