  When I went in, I was wearing a scarf on my head because it was so cold outside. When I left, I was wearing a scarf on my head because I looked like a concentration camp victim. The girl who chopped off ALL of my hair, had no idea what she was doing, no eye for cutting, no knowledge of texturing and no clue when to STOP. I was crying when I left, and I'm still crying today.
