The manager and the clerk were so rude to me. I was looking at the different coffees they had to make a selection, when all of a sudden, the manager came behind me and started picking up things and arranging the area I was standing. He kept bumping into me without saying excuse me. Then I looked at him in a "funny" way and said "excuse me! Do you need coffee?" He looked at me sternly as he walked away never said a word. Then I went to pay for my coffee and the cashier argued with me over the cost of the coffee. She wanted to charge me more than the advertising cost. Overhearing the argument, the rude manager went outside and took down the advertisement poster from the wall. They were terrible and hostile employees! I won't go here again!

Your store manager was very rude to me and was yelling at me telling me I needed to hurry up. First of all I was in line and there were 3 people on staff but only one working the other two including Amir the manager. I told the lady I needed to pay for my gas on my card and get latto tickets with cash. I ran my card and was waiting on the credit card equipment to except my card but for some reason was taking longer then normal to approve. As I was waiting on my card to go through Amir said to me I needed to hurry up because I was holding the line up first of all I don't have any control over your credit card equipment and it was not my fault that it was taking so long to approve my card so long that the lady had to cancel the transaction and start over as I was standing there looking at latto tickets waiting on my card to go through for the second attempt your manager Amir told me I needed to hurry up approximately three times very rudely. I responded to him are you joking because I am not the problem it's your equipment he then stated he did not care and that I need to hurry I told him I'm not done I am also a customer just like everyone else in your store and I'm going to pick out a few lattory tickets. He then said I don't care hurry up you are holding the line up. My question to you as a corporate office do you allow your managers to talk to loyal and long time customers like myself in this manner the manager sees me come in that store everyday. I told him he had no reason or right to talk to me in the manner he was and what was his name and store number he then told me if you want to no look around the store for it and try to find it I then ask him once more he then statement once more I told you look for it if you want it. I am a business owner myself and I can tell you that if one of my employes especially a manager talked to a customer the way he talked to me he would no longer be employed by me I would consider him a liability to my company and future business. I have been coming to Super America for many year and drive out of my way many many times to spend my hard earned money at your stores. As proof I am not a random customer this is my loyalty card number I have over 90.000 points this year so far the year but now I question if my business is valued by you anymore and if this manager will ever even hear a word about his extreme bad behavior towards a loyal customer. Or if I will even get anymore then a pre format email sent back thinking me for my email. I guess I will wait and see what type of response I get back from this. Store 801 W Lake St Minneapolis, MN 55408 United States Sincerely Sean

Wow. Well, I haven't purchased gas here in ages because the prices are always so high, but I used to--read, USED TO go in multiple times a week just to get a cup of coffee. After today I'll be going out of my way to stop somewhere else. The guy behind the counter--you know the one, the one that has to work that miserable job every damn day on W Lake St--was so insanely rude to me. I was having a conversation on the phone with my mother, with whom I haven't seen in months and don't get to talk to very often, when I went up to pay for my coffee. While in the middle of a sentence he apparently said good morning to me, which I didn't hear because I was obviously otherwise engaged. When he didn't receive a response from me immediately, as I was in the middle of talking, he snapped, "I said GOOD MORNING." I replied "Good morning" to him shortly just to remain as polite as I possibly could while also on the phone. When I continued my conversation with my mother, digging out the $1.61 that I pay for my coffee multiple times a week, he said VERY loudly and rudely to the lady working next to him, "Gotta love cell phones, huh?" When I ignored that shot as I put my money on the counter he yelled at me to "HAVE A REALLY GREAT DAY." At most I maybe spend $5 a week at this store getting coffee, which obviously is a drop in a bucket for a company like Superamerica, but I will be happy to take my business elsewhere. A business that has employees that don't make me want to throw my hot coffee at them. Should I have been on my phone while trying to go through a check-out lane? Probably not, as earlier stated, I was speaking with my mother. Does that excuse AT ALL the way he acted towards me? Absolutely not.
