  This place is a scam. I used to go here all the time, but now Chinese people took over the place. They are a total embarrassment . They are Liars & Cheaters. I called & had them pick up my laundry at my home for cleaning by the pound. I decided to go there to pick up myself , since I was right down the block at the Diner. When I went to pick up, they gave my laundry bag to me, so I just checked to see the amount of pounds on the scale. THEY WERE OVER THE AMOUNT OF POUNDS BY 3 POUNDS, & GAVE ME SOME BS STORY THAT THE POUNDS BECOME LESS WHEN YOU WASH THE GOODS. But not only that, when I got home I noticed that my expensive work out designer sweat pants had RED BLOTCHES ALL OVER IT. APPARENTLY THEY SPILLED BLEACH ALL OVER IT, & DENIED IT ALTOGETHER GIVING ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES ABOUT HOW "THEY DO A GREAT JOB FOR ME ALL THE TIME." I TOOK THE SWEAT PANTS TO MY DRY CLEANER & SHE SAID THAT THEY OBVIOUSLY SPILLED BLEACH ON IT, WHICH CAUSED THE DAMAGE. I HAD TO THROW IT OUT. THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFES. DEGENERATES. THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF FOR THE PRICING. Then I looked at the bill. I NEVER PAID ATTENTION IN THE PAST TO THE BILLING, BUT THIS TIME I TOOK A GOOD LOOK AT THE BILL. THESE CLOWNS CHARGE .95 CENTS FOR THE 1ST 10 POUNDS !! THEN IT GOES TO .75 FOR THE REMAINING POUNDS. THEY ARE CROOKS, THIEVES. And they tried to rip me off for the extra pounds they were trying to charge me. That woman Helen is a thief. Stay away at all times. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER & CHEAPER CLEANING PLACES IN THE AREA.

  Their dries stink, but the place is open late, and has a parking lot.

  Horrible service, came there for 15 years will never come again. Would not void a transaction so I can pay credit instead of cash, shouldn't be a big deal but it was made to be. Laundry/dry cleaning service not that great either and dirty mahines

  Absolutely terrible!! Under the new management, this place went from great to horrible. Most recently, they lost one of my $50 dress shirts that I gave in to press & fold. At first they claimed that I already picked it up. Then they claimed that my wife picked it up. Eventually they agreed that we didn't pick it up, and offered to contact the off-site dry cleaner to see if they could find it. Weeks later, and nobody contacted me. I spoke to them 2 more times, simply looking for an apology, and perhaps a small credit towards future business. Nothing of the sort was given. They never apologized, and returned to the theory that I or my wife already picked up the shirt. The supposed manager (Helen) could barely speak English which made communicating very difficult, and the employees were no better. Stay far away from this place - it's horrible.
