  The two stars are for Leo, the one Super Good Mover out of the two that were sent for my move. The other not Super Good Mover, whose name I was not given, stood around and watched Leo do the majority of the work, even taking a break to text on his phone and have a cigarette, all while Leo was still working. This gentleman complained the entire time. There were stairs in the home we were moving out of, and this really seemed to upset him. He was argumentative with Leo, who I believe was the head guy, on how to move items. He was also just extremely rough with our possessions, even cursing and throwing around my stuff after he hit some steps too fast at an angle and a container fell and opened, spilling the contents. Leo saw what was about to happen, but couldn't stop him in time, and even tried to calm him down after, but this guy just had a major attitude. The problem with getting only one Super Good Mover is that you are charged hourly, and it takes twice as long when you have only one person who is hustling to get the job done. I even called twice during the move to report his behavior and was assured it would be 'taken care of', whatever that meant. I was hoping there would be some monetary discount, but it took them 7-1/2 hours to complete 3-bedroom move, and they charged me for every minute of it. Leo should get most of that money, since he did most of the work. I was also assured that the owner was going to call me on Monday to discuss my concerns . . . still waiting! I would recommend Leo, but I cannot recommend the company.

  This was my first time using a moving company, as this was my first time moving anywhere more than a half hour away. Super Good Movers really took the stress out of the entire process, from start to finish. All the logistics were taken care of and my belongings arrived safe and on time, no damage or hassle. They were extremely professional and made my life easier during a very hectic time. If I ever have to move again, I'll be using Super Good Movers.

  these movers are very professional and are experienced at what they do. my movers worked the entire time they were here without taking a break, they are smart and work fast. my furniture was well protected and my boxes were handled with care, everything made it like if it was still in new condition not even a scratch. i am very satisfied with the whole move and thank turbo moving service for a job well done, i recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company. cisco is trustworthy and a honest guy, he runs a very tight crew and takes pride running his moving company. thank you and i will continue to refer you to friends and family, god bless you!

  Had them move all our furniture from our apartment to house. The price was great, considering they also helped assemble and disassemble. The guys arrived quickly and they knew exactly what they were doing. We even had a new mover and Emmett who was AWESOME talked him through everything. The guys joked around with us and it was overall a great experience. I would not hesitate to use them again!

  Today we got our big furniture moved from one second floor apartment to another. Not only did they price match competition, but the mover Sean was the best. Knew exactly what he was doing and did not slack off, Hamilton the other guy could use some more experience but he has Sean to lead the way. My move got done in 2.5 hours, which was a lot better than I expected. I will in the future use Super good movers. Sean deserves a raise, he definitely showed hard work and dedication. Despite the hard work, he had a positive Attitude and even made us laugh a few times. Very trustworthy and kind.
