::I've been coming here for years, and they used to be really good, in the past. Lately, their level of service has declined a bit, AND they raised their prices a couple of bucks for each service. This place is typically busy, but the line of cars moves fairly quickly. I typically get the Full Service, which includes cleaning the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Going through the car wash machine is great. The various gears and levers that rise and fall, and move in and out, allow the chamois strips to really touch and clean the vehicle exterior. Once you're through, they have many workers who wipe down the outside. If you paid for the service, they will also wipe down the inside, but they move so fast that they are sloppy about cleaning well. I often want to grab a rag to clean the spots they miss, but if you touch their rags, they get pissy about it and will scold you. If I need to re-clean after I drive away, it's not "super clean".

::I understand that my car had been hit by a massive amount of pigeon poop but after paying for the most expensive car wash they had, my car still was covered in poop. It’s already annoying and embarrassing to have to take your car for a wash after something like this happens and they definitely did not make it better. This is the second time we have come to this car wash and definitely the last. When we asked which would be best for our car, the lady stated that they will do a better vacuum with the higher price. This is frustrating and aggravating that I went to get my car washed for $27 and left with my car still extremely dirty. This is honestly the worst car wash in Brooklyn. They didnt do half the services they offered. Absolutely nonsense business!
