::There should be a no stars option. I was at the bank waiting for one of the bankers to help me with ordering a new card. There was only one banker assisting, estephany. Mind you she’s spanish. I had been there for about 5 mins or so, she hadn’t came out to acknowledge me at all and i was the only one waiting at the time. so i stood up near her doorway to make sure she saw that i had been waiting, still didn’t acknowledge me A couple came in, spanish as well. She didn’t hesitate to come out of her office when she saw them. Went straight to them and instantly started speaking spanish, still hadn’t said anything to me despite me standing there waiting just as they were and very well before them. Hadn’t asked who had been there waiting first or anything. She went on to help Them then proceeded to tell me she’d be right with me, again Even though i had been there first for about 10 mins at this point. I’m not one to make it a race thing but i thought that was very racist.

::Rarely do I give a bad review, but: I work a block away from here yet, every time I go to this branch. I am treated like a criminal. During my last visit, I was asked if I was certain that the check was mine. Originally, I only needed my ID since I was "added to their system" and that was the way for the better part of the year. Now, I must bring 2 picture ID and another secondary ID (not a voter registration card or passport). And after all of that malarkey, THEY WOULD NOT CASH MY CHECK. So now I must return every day because I have endorsed the check and they have my personal information written on the check face. But they did ask if I want to set up an account, yet that would not change my situation. I will say one young lady is always courteous and respectful, and I appreciate that deeply.

::Please boycott SunTrust Bank they are in bed with the government pushing gun control they have refused to do business with people simply because they sell guns and have gone as far as shutting down people's accounts from making legal gun purchases
