  This is a really cool personal training spot and the owner Cody is very professional and friendly. I work out with Tarra Martinez who is one of the best trainers I've ever had. She always gives me the type of workout I need to feel great! Two thumbs up!

  Finally --- A personal trainer that gets it! The nice thing about Cody is his ability to listen and deliver on your expectations. He will help you meet or exceed your goals with creative and interesting workouts tailored to your goals. Not to mention a top notch facility that makes it fun to workout.

  U-Fit- hands down has the most knowledgeable, passionate, and forward thinking personal trainers. I have trained with almost all of them in the past 5 years and I too am a personal trainer. I not only love all of their personalities but love the idea that when I am training with them, I am learning something new to implement with my clients. Thank you for providing such a professional and personable environment in this new space. I love it!

  Coming from a wellness concierge and fitness expert perspective, I can't say enough about the high quality of U-Fit... the facility itself, including the lay-out and choice of state-of-the art functional and creative equipment is incredible, and combined with having top-notch trainers, and an owner who truly cares about meeting the needs of his clientele, you can't go wrong choosing this place!
