::What can I say except, this place offers the best pancakes in the universe. Typically I judge a breakfast place by their pancakes, omelets and biscuits & gravy. Sunrise Sunset scores a solid 10 on all of them. It's open until 1400, and is typically a bit busy midmorning, but there is a counter to sit at. You choose your own seat and there are options for two people up to a party of 8. Coffee is outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the portions are of a decent size. This is definitely my new go-to place for breakfast in Denver!

::Would have loved to give this place 5 stars but their biscuits and gravy meal is disappointing. Instead of giving you a meal that is complete with biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes and meat; you are given an extra bread option and if you want meat with your meal (in my case bacon) you pay almost $7.00 for 3 slices of bacon taking your meal from being the early bird special ($9.99) to almost $17.00 plus tax alone for 1 person !!! How bizarre. I’m a biscuits and gravy with bacon gal- so one without the other is trash. Server was kind, meant well but didn’t listen to me so my eggs weren’t correct and he gave me the extra bread I didn’t want. Eggs overcooked. Other than that the food was good. Still won’t come back, listening to my requests is important.

::Quick, friendly service followed by some of the most unassuming but wholesome and delicious classic breakfast food. I highly recommend the 2+2+2! It is two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs and two bacon/links/ham (choice of meat). A little taste of sweet and savory. The place has a nice home-like feel, as well. Very pleasant experience, I could live here.

::Host quoted 15 minutes, asked for our number and said she would call. We were skipped and never called, thankfully we walked back in after 20 minutes. A friend brought me breakfast from here and I thought it was delicious, but it was not the same on Sunday during rush hour. Food took awhile, omelette was over cooked, bland. Lumbre had too much sour creme, it changed the flavor in my opinion. Coffee was watered down, orange juice was not fresh. The place is small, crowded for breakfast. The only good thing out of this trip was the potatoes, strawberry jam on a buttered English muffin.
