::unprofessional!!! Its 12:20 lab closes at 1:30. I am currently sitting waiting for a turn (I only came here since quest doesn't do the test I needed to come here) Patients should never hear staff say people wait last min to come... receptionist and lab tech just started yelling at each other. A receptionist is the face of the company. It's not the 1st time I see this happening on 61st location.

::The nurses are fine but the receptionist is horrible! It's not the first time, I've gone before and she has the most nastiest attitude. You ask for assistance and she won't even look up at you. She just repeats herself until you do what she wants you to do. AGAIN good nurses but horrible receptionist!

::Terrible customer service. The nurses stood in the lobby and laughed and giggled instead of greeting their guest respectfully. Save your time and don’t go there.

::Every time I'm here I'm greeted with the RUDEST costumer service ever. If you have a question they're annoyed. If you move too slow they're annoyed. They move in slow motion themselves. They're always on their phones. It's like they don't want to deal with people at all. It's extremely frustrating. I will be going to a different blood place from now on.

::There is a nurse's attitude is really bad. Today I brought my younger sister to do the blood test, that nurse cannot found my sister's vein. It was painful to see the needle turning around the in my sister's flesh. I asked her maybe try the other hand. Then that nurse got angry and ask me to got out of room. She said they only allow our mom be there. The problem is my mom doesn't speak english at all. I cannot said this place is not good because of that one nurse but it definitely is a bad experience.
