Good prices on our shirts that are always nicely cleaned and starched. I accidentally left a valuable in a coat pocket and they cheerfully returned it to me before I even found it missing! Iā€™m so grateful to them.

Love the people here. I used to live around the corner but I still drive to get the best deals and good service.

Cliff notes: destroyed a dress and refused to reimburse or compensate, got back multiple items that were still dirty. DO NOT GO HERE if you value your clothes. Have gone here several times. First time, a cocktail dress I had dropped off was returned to me still smelling like sweat. Second time, a much loved work dress came back with half the buttons fallen off. They blamed it on the dress being "poor quality." I can assure you the quality of the dress was fine and it has been dry cleaned successfully many times. They refused to pay for it, only offering to give a credit for future dry cleaning services. So, of course, we decide to use the credit for some of my husband's dress slacks and shirts. Hard to mess those up right? Any guesses on the outcome? If you guessed that they came back still dirty, you are correct!

That destroyed, nobody knows how, a virtually new Zegna shirt, which cost $275 plus tax, the replacement cost is now $355. plus tax. They offered me $80., which I refused. I offered to compromise for $120. They then called me and told me to come in and collect my money. On arrival, I was told I must have original receipt, or accept a store credit.Who keeps a receipt for two years? When I need to speak to someone in authority, I am continually told that person is not available. After having used this cleaner for the past four years, I know regret ever having given my business to such a disreputable establishment. Since I am leaving the area in three months, and have no wish to trust my clothes to this cleaner ever again, when could I ever use the store credit offered.
