  Attendant was on phone the entire time. I said “hello”, no response. “Thank you”, no response. He should be thanking me! I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. I only put 2 stars bc the gas worked well 😂

  I use the A Plus store mostly. The guys inside remember their regulars and when they see me coming in know what I am looking for immediately.

  Last night i went to this gas station to get air in my tires. After paying $1.50 for 3 minutes of air, i realized that the nozzle that connects to the stem on the tire was broken. With a broke a broken nozzle, i could not put air in my tires. I parked my car and went inside the convenience and told the attendant behind the counter the situation. I asked for money back. He has the audacity to ask me what i expect him to do about it. I said how about getting me a refund. This idiot tells me to call the 1 800 number on the machine because its not his problem. I could not believe thats what came out of his mouth. I stormed out of the store after telling him that it f#$#$%**** ridiculous. Anyway, what this moron doesn't realize that i have 3 cars in my family and we spend between $100 to $125 PER WEEK in gas at this gas station. I will NEVER go back to this gas station again. This idiot lost himself $500 worth of business per month because he couldn't do the right thing and refund me my $1.50. These people have no idea what the basics of providing good customer service are. You are not the only gas station in town and i hope you lose even more business. Its not the money, its just the principle of the matter.
