I've been to several Sunglass Hut stores but it was my first time going to the one in Galleria Mall. Unfortunately it turned out to be a unpleasant experience. One of the ladies working there had extremely horrible business attitude. I told her I preferred wider frames, because I felt more comfortable with those on my face. She randomly picked up some pairs from the shelf closest to her. While I was trying, she constantly asked (actually, in a tone that sounded very close to a command, well, at least I felt so) me to turn my face to her and let her see, before even letting me look at the mirror and take a look at myself. She showed and asked me to try on three pairs in about two minutes, one of which I didn't even put on because I could obviously tell the frame wouldn't fit at the first glance. I told her the ones she asked me to try one didn't fit and my face wasn't feeling comfortable in them, and she said: "Then we don't have any for you." She turned away and just left. I didn't think it was very professional, nor did I feel respected. I left the store and tore the coupon I was going to use.

I asked a representative at Sun Glass Hut for a recommendation or suggestion of sunglass style. The rep said that the regular classic Rayban but smaller than the usual Rayban style would be best for me. I didn't think so. The rep said I have a round face. The rep said that oval shaped faces are preferable and that the rep had an oval shaped face. I think that overall for human epigenetics and breeding purposes the oval shaped face as a norm may have beneficial outcome for the species. However, I think I will prove them wrong too. Rounder faced people and square jaw people are good too. The oval shape faces is more of a millenial trait.

Alexander Moreno, the store manager, was the most competent retail/aesthetic person I have ever encountered. He was kind, helpful, efficient, and smart. He knows his inventory. Plus, when I asked him about inventory he does not carry, he was helpful. Bravo!
