  I was referred here by a friend who owns a deli in NYC. I was complacent with Term Life and paying high rates through work. I am a fussy customer with high expectations of customer service, professionalism and efficiency. I also had a deadline because I cancelled my current policies. To add to the complication, I was on vacation in Europe for 2 weeks between the application and follow-ups. That said, Sung Eun Agency exceeded my expectations. Any delays happened at the insurance company but Sung Eun's staff were helpful, understanding, professional and focused on me! When I called, I got a person that was empowered to help, make decisions and had the skill and knowledge to solve a problem. The overall experience was awesome and should be an example to other companies. We are now paying less for slightly more coverage. Thank You Sung Eun Agency and the staff that keep the wheels turning. I do wish there was an online process to get a quote but I was able to call the agency and get a quote.

  It takes a really great or terrible experience for me to take the effort to write a Yelp review. I dislike dealing with multiple companies, customer service, etc., and I am sure many share my sentiment. The agents here handled everything flawlessly and were able to secure the lowest rates in record time. They walked me through the entire process, step by step. Extremely professional, accommodating, patient and efficient. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend this Insurance agency! Their customer service is very quick, reliable and trustworthy. Not only that, but they also explained a lot of things easily and in 'simple' words, I guess you could say. Of course, their customer service is not the only good thing they have! They understood my budget and offered me a good price. They're very negotiable, which is a great quality! I'm very glad that I listened to the people who reviewed this agency, because they, Sung Eun Insurance Agency, is a trustworthy agency that I'd recommend to my friends and family with no hesitation.

  Recently moved into the Palisades Park area and needed to get insurance for my new home. Found a couple of options on Google but found Sung Eun Insurance Agency via Yellow Pages and their website. Sung Eun Insurance Agency's agents and CSRs provided a quick, comprehensive overview of my insurance options...just as advertised. Saved me several hundred dollars a year while both bumping my home coverage up, and reducing my deductible. Win/Win. I was thoroughly surprised how great the customer service was and how transparent my agent was. I will be switching over all my insurance stuff to this agency. Loved the coffee and other free samples that they provided me with at the office! Office was a little confusing to find but it was on the second floor of the main building with all the business signs. One of the best features with this business is that, they have an automated system that will remind you to pay your insurance premiums or remind me of a notice of cancellation, etc. Very connected which is very nice. Bravo. If anyone is looking for an honest insurance agency that isn't trying to rip you off, this place is the way to go!
