  I moved in a few months ago. Yup. Theres a few bugs here and there. Roaches always suck. I've had them in nice homes I've been in too. That's life. Im leaving a review because I needed a place to live for cheap and to start over. Wendy and Jose are great. They handle everything for me whenever I ask. I like the online portal and find it easy to use. My neighbors are cool and its a great deal for the money. If I do see bugs I just send in a request amd they got their guy. They have been wonderful and I appreciate them. I understand I didnt rent the Taj Mahal to live in. I love the location. I like riding my bike and eating at cool joints. Great food and Mill Ave are just a few minues away. Chompies is right there too. Its a cool spot. Online reviews are brutal these days, wanted to put a 5 star up there for em because I have been treated well. Thank you. :)

  Do not rent from sundial they can care less about tenants & if you have kids even worse. Signing that lease is like signing one with the devil. They will send messages about calling the police on your children. You will have 10 day notices on your door every week. She will have other tenants recording you. Do not rent from them.

  Let me make this very clear. I have never rented from Sun Dial. I was actually declined to move into one of their residents because of low credit. Upon posting my last review they sent me an email with an article about how they could sue me for deformation. (See attached images) Sun Dial also publically brought up my low credit score in their response to my review. Which is ironically deformation on their end. They also said in response to my review that I lied on my application. Which I didn't. When I came in to apply the front desk girl was not polite. I did not have every thing I needed (money order or pay stubs) with me at the time but I came in later that same day with it and they could not find my application. My friend I was trying to move in with came in earlier this week to sign a roommate release form and was told they had not processed my application because they did not think I was serious even though I provided my social security number and money order for the processing fee. The ONLY reason I considered moving into this place was because I do need a place to live and anything is better then nothing. My friend who does rent from sun dial has had many issues with them. They have not fixed things that were wrong with the apartment from before she even moved in. Her bedroom window was broken and it took them a week to fix it. The places they have their apartments are not the best. If you write a review choose your words carefully. I am not saying any of this with malice. Only to inform.

  Very pleased with this company. 3 years and I have no complaints. Replies are fast and Diana is professional and takes pride in their units. Doing business with them is easy and smooth. Renting through Sundial was a very pleasant experience!!!!!!

  I usually dont take the time to write reviews, but I feel very adamant about making sure people don't rent form Sundial Real Estate. From the beginning the customer service we received from Julie was AWFUL and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. To begin, the house we moved into was a complete disaster. Julie never once did a walk through with us before or after we moved in. There was graffiti on the wall, the bathroom door was not functional, and there was an abundance of furniture left behind in the garage and backyard area. Not to mention the washing machine was (and still is) connected to a garden hose draining into the yard next door. During the middle of our lease we had issues with the washer and dryer which took MONTHS for someone to come out and fix resulting in having to use a laundromat. Upon moving out we hired a company to professionally clean the carpets and tile as requested in the lease. When it came to receiving our $1000 deposit back we were accused of dumping furniture in the back ally, charged for a damaged retention wall (which google maps proves has been that way dating back to 2007), a lock placed on a RV gate that was not ours, and new shower heads all totaling $390. Out of the $1000 deposit we were only granted $610. Julie over all is EXTREMELY rude and VERY unprofessional. AVOID SUNDIAL REAL ESTATE!
