I took my friend here at 2 am and they sent me to two different places before she was admitted. The whole admission process took a total of 10 HOURS. Most of her belongings are missing, including her cigarettes and clothes and bags. If staff is stealing her belongings, we will be calling the police. The nurse who gives her cream for a skin problem uses a little from a tube then throws it away and makes her pay for a new tube every time she uses it. They keep giving her Benadryl instead of her anti anxiety medication. The staff are rude and unhelpful and unprofessional and, frankly, inexperienced. I keep trying to call her nurse or someone in charge and I keep getting bounced around to different voicemails that no one is picking up. I really need to speak to someone in charge or someone knowledgeable.

I was a patient here and have to say if you care about yourself or your loved ones please go somewhere else. The staff do not care about you at all, they treat the children like animals. Literally, on the first 10 minutes of my arrival at the facility I saw the staff YELLING at the kids because there were not lined up correctly for breakfast. The adult treatment is not any better, this place needs to shut down. What the other reviews say is true, all they care about is money, not your well being. They are taking advantage of people.

They refuse to disclose my intake evaluation records from Feb 14. I have made many phone calls and they tossed me back and forth between departments because they couldn’t find my records. I drove up there a month ago and waited. After an hour they asked to fill out an official records release form. They promised to mail it to me within 10 days. They did not. After making a few more phone calls, and then asking to speak to the director of intake, they said they had my records. I drove up there again and waited. Two women met me and were short with me when I asked questions about the documents... At last they said ,”This is all we can give you at this time”. It was two pages... I’m still missing pages 1-11 and I’m still not sure why they wanted to treat me for outpatient care. It was going to cost $1500.

Visit Justice for Jacob on Facebook to hear the real experience your child will face here. NO CHILD SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how bad it truly is. I still get messages daily from other parents like myself living this nightmare. Nothing will ever change regardless of how many call or complaints one makes. The bottom line is $$$$.
