  So they don't call me anymore at my work.BUT today get a call hadn't received a payment. Uh I dropped it off the other night and the IDIOT says Oh Yes You Did.....New management AND not so caring staff.....If I had the money I pay it off and never recommend them in fact

  If i could give this place 0 stars i would. the manager is so rude. I was a former customer there because i knew the girls that worked there, who by the way were very friendly. Now they have a new staff, but its the new manager who doesnt care that she is losing customers. I moved out of the city limits and wanted to use the closest location to me but she would not transfer my acct to the other location, wanting me to drive 45 mins. When i told her i would just rather not use Sun Loan anymore. She said it didnt make a differance to her and that was my choice to make. Yes ma'am you are right it is my choice to NEVER USE SUN LOAN AGAIN!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PPEERRIIOODD!!!!!!!
